In the community

We take support to where people are.

Many people will never walk into an office to ask for help. So we go to them: to schools, markets, campuses, taxi parks and neighbourhoods across Kampala.

02 Past outreaches

Where we have already been.

Each outreach leaves something behind: new members in our peer circles, families who know where to turn, and young people who heard the truth about addiction early.

Bring us to your community

Host a session at your school, church or workplace.

We work with head teachers, faith leaders, local councils and employers to bring honest, practical conversations about addiction and mental health to the people they serve.

What every outreach includes

  • Facilitators with lived experience of recovery, alongside trained counsellors
  • Sessions shaped for your audience, from secondary students to parents and staff
  • Private conversations afterwards for anyone who wants support
  • Referral to treatment, outpatient care or a peer circle where needed
  • Follow up with your organisation to keep the conversation going

Outreaches are free for schools and community groups. Partners who are able to contribute towards transport and materials help us reach more places.
