Kuol Bol Mel founded Voices of Recovery Movement with a vision to transform how communities respond to addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges in Uganda.

His mission is to ensure that no one suffers in silence and that every recovery journey is met with support, compassion, and opportunity for renewal.
